I shouldn't even give them 1 star. I bought a car and it was super fast and easy. I should have known that it was a hoax. I have had nothing but problems. I brought the car to my mechanic immediately after I bought it and had three things wrong with it that were needed to pass inspection. Yet, they passed the car for inspection upon purchase. They offered to fix what was wrong and to my knowledge, they had done so. When I brought my car to my mechanic for an oil change a month later, he informed me that the work was never done and that my power steering pump is also on its way out, I've called and left multiple messages and still have not heard back from them. I am NOT the only one who has had problems with this dealership. It was originally recommended to me by a friend that bought a seemingly decent car from them, newer and nicer than mine. Little did he know, when he brought it for inspection two months later it failed for a myriad of reasons. So much so, that the garage ripped off his sticker and told him he couldn't drive it home because it was so unsafe. He purchased a 48,000 mile warranty but when he told Windham Auto that his car had failed for reasons including break lines and an exhaust leak, among other things, they told him they would not tow his vehicle because the items were not covered under warranty. Him and I were both told when we purchased our cars and the warranties that they covered major issues that could go wrong with the car. Quote unquote, everything but the clutch. Now, please explain to me why they are refusing to fix his break lines and exhaust leak. This makes no sense and I am furious with this company. I recently found out a coworker of mine went to them to buy a car and she is already having problems. I do not know the specifics but I strongly encouraged her to utilized the 30 day warranty to get her issues fixed and be persistent about getting the issues fixed because I do not want anyone else to be stuck in a loan like I am. They reel you in because you they have guaranteed credit approval, this was appealing to a first time car buyer such as myself. If you are reading this review, I really hope that you will reconsider doing business with this dealership. They are shady and just like any other used car dealership that sells cars that are junk and do not stick to their word.

I had a great experience! Found the car I was looking for, called to put a hold on it as I lived in a different state and wasn't going to get there for a few days. Quick and easy, not a problem. Got to the dealership and car was exactly as described. Got set up for a test drive, came back and did the paperwork and it was a breeze! All very personable, easy process.

I've been a regular customer of Windham Auto sales since 2010. I've purchased four different very low mileage vehicles for myself and with my three sons. Each vehicle was in excellent condition for their age and the prices were extremely reasonable considering how low the mileage was. Recently I traded in the minivan I bought in 2010 for a 2003 Honda Accord that looks and runs like new and has only 60,000 miles. They even gave me a fair amount on my 20 year old trade-in that honestly owed me nothing after I owned it for seven years.

I recently purchased a low mileage pre-owned Honda Accord. The Sales associate Justin gave us a very fair trade in and the car was clean and ready to go as advertised. We've been driving it for a couple of months already and couldn't be happier! Will definitely be back !

I'm writing this review mostly because I just happened to see other reviews online that are unfavorable and I want people to know that my 4 purchases from this dealership have been nothing but positive experiences. Low mileage vehicles for reasonable prices. I couldn't be happier.

Heat fixed free of charge even with the truck being out of warranty. I am a happy customer they did the right thing.

I bought a 11 ram 2500 for 17k, price was good Justin the sales guy was good. After a few weeks I realized the reverse lights didn't even work. What bothered me is they inspected the vehicle so I know they just slapped a sticker on it since the lights are the first thing you check. Next the transmission lines blew and left me stranded. Now since it got cold out I have barely warm heat in the truck and with two kids it's unacceptable when it's dropping to 25 degrees in the morning. I talked with the owner got attitude from him about fixing the heat in the vehicle. I will re-review if they fix the heat free of charge.
