Sure, they have a few locations, but the feel is more of a local type of place. Prices vary from pretty good to ok, so know what you consider a fair price to be, but like many specialist stores, you pay a bit of a premium for some items.
That being said, it is great to spend time, looking at items, exploring and discovering new items to try for your pet.
Got an excellent cat tower that my cat can climb and jump off without damaging. Tall enough for him to be satisfied but not so tall as to endanger. Great selection of toys too. Staff was really helpful. Reasonable prices

Went into this store looking for a bird for my daughter. when we entered the store, despite the generous amount of employees we were not greeted or asked if we could be helped. We wandered around until we found the birds. There were 2 employees in with them. I attempted to ask them questions several times about the birds they had but could not get more then a yes or no and was then dismissed by the employees. We ended up leaving without purchasing anything.
The bird area is great, as us the "dog biscuits bakery". A reasonable place to visit, especially if you have kids with you for some fun!
Supplies for cats, dogs, birds and fish. Great birdhouses, but because they are not a big box store, they tend to be pricey. Also, the rewards program is not specifically designed for your pet. I get discounts for dogs and I don't have one in my family. I think they could work on personalizing their rewards program.
