I ordered a small fries, a bowl of chili & a slice of cheesecake. Sadly the only things good were the employees & the cheesecake. The oil for the fries was old even though others mentioned that here, I'd noticed the business addressed that, humm. The chili was all mush despite adding water twice & it was sweet...yuck. Who makes sweet chili? I called the restaurant & they've offered to rectify the situation. I will re-review at that time.
Excellent food quality, willing to customize just about anything. Carries large variety of drinks, desserts. Large gluten free menu including desserts. Management quickly addresses any issues.
I am a new customer that has recently moved into Derry, I live about a mile away and frequent Juliano's more than regularly. I understand the rules about the $10 minimum delivery, however I am a single person and I ordered one sub and it came to $9.50. The manager wasn't able to make the concession, nor could the cashier figure to just add on an additional $0.50 to make it an even ten dollar charge. So I called Jake D's Pizza and order the same exact thing. It came to $8.50 and is being delivered without a question. The guy had no problem and was more than happy to make the accommodation to satisfy the customer and make the sale. If $0.50 is the reason you can't make a delivery, then I'm okay going elsewhere where they don't mind accomodating such an order.
