Great store! I love the home town feel and everyone has extensive knowledge when I have any sort of project. I look forward to the experience and love that they take care of their neighbors. Free popcorn is not the only reason I come in, I come in because I work down the street and they are a locally owned and run business, just like my store! I came in looking for a very specific bolt size and was pleased with the very kind service I got. The two sales reps I spoke with were polite and knew what they were doing. They wound up helping me find the correct bolt, which did work by the way, and I only paid around $2 for it.
My doors and windows for my house in 2013 we're done by benson lumber. The rear slider given that understanding it's a cheaper slider was put in all walked out and without a track for the screen. For three years I have tried to either have them sell me what I need to allow the screen to work or give me a price on a new door. No one will get back to me to save anyone's life. The road guy came by several times a bout two years ago said what it needed and then he was a ghost. Stopped returning calls. I was just left with a screen that sits in the door frame and falls out if you push on it .The manager never called me back after speaking with him either. Now three years later still just send info to a different individual with thr tag with their name on the door for the specs . Two reach outs with no response. Being in construction I would never recommend dealing with the support from this company.
Terrific staff, very helpful! They have nearly everything! Some items are a bit pricey but they are such a vital part of our community. I prefer to support local to Big Box stores.
