I been to touched carwashes all over the area in new england and this one is by far the worst cleaning worst rip off(for the self bay) one I have seen to witness. First. They charge a dollar a minute in the self bay to basically force you to use the touchless. Cost me $12 just to do a soap. Rinse. Wax in the self bay. That's ridiculous. On top of that. When using the $10 good wash it isn't good at all. It barely used any soap on my car and just rinsed it off once and called it a day. The dryers are surprisingly did quite well compared to most I have been too but that is really the only positive thing I can say other than warmish almost hot decent pressure in the selfbays only on one mode. No spotless rinse either which is a shame. The wax also leaves massive spots which is an excessive of calcium in their water. They don't seem to balance the pH right in this place. I'm religious with car washes and just moved into the area so I'm disappointed that my car is pretty dirty coming out(have pictures) and I just washed it last week in the self bay. I haven't used the vacuums yet but if they are good that is all I will use here unless I need a self bay in case of emergency.
Went through touchless and it didn't do a great job so they let me run through the tunnel for free! Great customer service.
Ppl are nice car wash is trash never gets much off scrub a dub in salem is way better
I have been a regular customer of Royal T Carwash for years! This is, in my opinion the cleanest, most professional carwash around. The team here is always courteous and professional, the tunnel wash is state-of-the art and the self serve bays are awesome! I love my bi-annual hand waxes too!
It's ok, too much money for not enough time. Takes too long to adjust.
