I had four tires mounted balanced amd an alignment done last week. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and I will definately return for future repairs

I've gone here for the LAST time. They charged me $2.50 to fill my windshield wiper fluid. I didn't ask them to and it wasn't empty AND I could get an entire CONTAINER for that much. They left 2 out of 4 doors unlocked on my car sitting on their lot, when there is a sign hanging up in their office that says they aren't responsible for things that happen to your car on their lot. Does that still count when THEY don't lock your doors or roll up your windows? They also didn't call me to tell me my car was ready, which they told me they would do and failed to do (and not for the first time, either). I did get a phone call asking me if I wanted my tires rotated; they said they had to make sure it was ok to do it before they charged me for it. Well, you charged me for filling up my washer fluid but never asked. I know $2.50 is chump change, but I guess it is the straw that broke this camel's back.

I have been taking my Jeep to Motorsport for 2 years now and I couldn't be any happier with the way things are. The customer service is top knotch and they are with you every step of the way.
I know a lot of Garages that have that old reputation of "I got a quote, then went to pick it up and it was doubled". Well its not this place. If something changes, or something else comes up, they call and wait to hear what YOU want to do first. They don't go ahead and do the extra work without a go from you first.
