Ordered the specific vehicle I needed in advance. It was clean, ready, and waiting for pick up. Only reason I didn't rate this a "5" is that the agent asked me to wait while he continued to answer phone calls. In my opinion, a live, in person customer comes first. Phones could be auto-redirected to the reservations call center.
Got a rental that need a aliment and balled tires. The day after it snowed the car was sliding around. That's when I noticed the tires are completely balled. Asked for a new one they brought it over quickly as possible then apologize. Customer service when not dealing inside the place seems great. But personally they need to double check their cars before handing out. I took a picture of the inside of the car as a part was broken. I will not be held responsible just in case they try to say it wasn't there. Like the balled tire on the other car wasn't there either !? Mhm. Two stars because didn't feel safe the first time they brought me a car. Customer should not have to feel that way. Bump up your skill and customer service, come on guys!!!

These folks were of no help with resolving this issue, so I disputed the charge with my bank.
If I could give less than one star, I would. I was deceived when I rented a car at Enterprise rental in Derry, NH. I needed a car because my vehicle was in the body shop for repairs. My insurance company allowed me $40 a day for rental. I seen a Camaro and thought it would be cool to rent it. The young lady said I could rent it for $50 a day. Eleven days later they called and wanted to put another charge on my credit card because the rental was $84 dollars a day! When I rented the car I was never shown a written contract. I had to sign my name on a tablet outside by the car. I brought the car back to them the day they called me. When I asked why the price went up, they said I was told it was $50 a day MORE! I was never told that! Then he said, "You should have read the contract." Well the contract was emailed to me. I was NEVER given a written contract.
Excellent service with a quick turn around even though the office was very busy that day. The car was clean and ready to go. had no problems at all, really like using this convenient location instead of the airport. the people there are always friendly.
