First visit. Was initially excited and looking forward to the experience. 3 employees working, and only a couple of people there. Service was slow. My order was dropped on the counter, and a vague direction to the cafe "it's ready" after 5 minutes. The food was barely warm. I had to clarify if it was my order. Only my crape was made. After about 5 more minutes I checked on the rest of my order, it wasn't even started. I had to provide my receipt to prove what I had ordered. The employee then lost my receipt. About another 25 minutes they made my husband's crescent. The cheese was not melted, barely warm. Food was decent, not great. The coffee machine broke. The employees didn't tell us, or provide another option. No manager on duty, so we wasted another 10 minutes to get cash out of the register. It was a guess on what was owed so tax was not refunded. Over all... Not impressed with the service or attitude.
Our evening ice cream stop. The ice cream cookies and brownie sundaes are to die for. We usually get in here just a few minutes before 9 and they are also friendly and great. Coffee is very good too.
Arrived on a very busy Sunday. Packed house. Line moved quickly and staff were really efficient. Quite impressive for such young staff. The baked goods are top shelf. Warm, crisp, buttery, so good. We had 2 coffees and 1 super brownie and 1 coconut macaroon for 8 dollars, so I don't understand how the other reviewer spent 20$ . For being a new establishment I felt that the staff handled the busy room very well. Everyone in the place seemed happy, young and old!
It's just warmed up toll house cookies. The cookies are okay, but you can buy an entire package and cook then fresh for less than what they charge. My croissant was the worst I've ever had, it tasted like plastic and chemicals. When I asked the staff, they just seemed confused because it was warmed up, and if it's not cold then what's the problem? Very disappointed.
Good place for a quick snack. I had cookies and a Whoopi pie and it was really good but a little pricey.
